There are a few limits to making characters, especially in accordance to the types of characters.
Dragon Riders: There will be seven Dragon Riders, one for each clan. This will be based first on if we approve (votes will be taken...) and 2nd on a first come first serve basis. Those who think that they would be a better dragon rider than one already in place may challenge him/her to a battle with his potential character versus the defenders character. This will be an even battle but the defender gets first attack, not the challenger. If you are found to be unfit to be a dragon rider you will be removed without argument or questions. They must be either human or Elf.
Dragons: There are no wild dragon charcters. Dragons, though they are an intellegent race, are considered familiars to dragon riders.
Ra'zac- There may only be two Ra'zac and both must be freelance. Same rules aply as the above.
Lethrblaka- There may be only two Lethrblaka which must also be freelance an have some affiliation with the Ra'zac. Same rules aply.
Werecats: There may be only 5 wercat character, all unconcerned with the conflict. If one thinks they would make a better Werecat, that is too bad. The decisions are final and werecats are decided on by vote of the staff. Sme rules aply as far as if you are fit for the job.
Rules on other races including werewolves, vampires, dragonlings, and others will be deduced later.
